• We address all tickets once a week every Sunday.

  • We will call you to take care of your ticket. If you do not answer the call we will send you an email and take care of the ticket through email.

Cancellation / Freeze Ticket

Cancellation Policies:

  • 1 year commitment: Must pay off half of the payable dues

  • Month to month: 30 day notice

  • Injury: Must provide signed verifiable doctors note.


Freeze Policies:

  • Student Membership: May freeze up to 3 months at a time. Frozen periods will be added on to the end of the membership.

  • Injury: Must provide signed verifiable doctors note.

Modification Ticket

Upgrade:
You can upgrade your membership at any time
Downgrade:
If you are a month to month member you can downgrade your membership at any time. If you are in a year commitment you cannot downgrade your membership until the year is over.

Multi-Gym: Gain access to all of the facilities!
24/7: Gain access to the facility 24 hours, 7 days per week!

Billing Ticket

Maintenance Fee: $50 annual maintenance fee that gets billed 90 days after joining. (You will see this fee added on top of your monthly fee)

Sneak in liability fee: (Members) $50 fee for providing facility access to anyone ineligible. (Temporary passes) $300 fee for providing facility access to anyone ineligible.


Gym etiquette fee: $20 for not re-racking weights or leaving a mess.

Theft fee: $300 for stealing and your membership is revoked.
