Cancellation 

Membership Cancellation Instructions

To cancel your membership, please open your GYMMASTER app, navigate to the Membership section, and select Cancel. The app will provide details about our cancellation policy, including any applicable fees.

If you need to cancel your annual commitment membership early due to injury or relocation more than 25 miles from any of our current locations, you may be eligible for a fee-free cancellation. To qualify, please submit the following documentation:

  1. A signed doctor’s note indicating the duration you are unable to exercise. (Please note: The doctor’s office may be contacted for verification.)

  2. A utility bill showing your name and your new address. (The utility company may also be contacted for verification.)

Upgrade:
You can upgrade your membership at any time
Downgrade:
If you are a month to month member you can downgrade your membership at any time. If you are in a year commitment you cannot downgrade your membership until the year is over.

Modifications:
Multi-Gym: Gain access to all of the facilities!
24/7: Gain access to the facility 24 hours, 7 days per week!

Billing

Billing Ticket

Before submitting a ticket, please open your GymMaster app, go to My Account > Billing History, and take a screenshot of the charge you're disputing. Upload the screenshot using the form below.
 

Here are some of the most common fees you might see:

  • Maintenance Fee: A $50 annual maintenance fee billed 90 days after joining. (This will appear in addition to your regular monthly fee.)

  • Ineligibility Fee: A $50 fee for allowing access to someone who is not eligible to use the facility.

  • Gym Etiquette Fee: A $20 fee for not re-racking weights or leaving equipment/mess behind.

Freeze

Freeze

Annual Commitment Membership:

  1. Memberships cannot be frozen during the initial 12-month commitment. Once your contract renews after the first year, you may freeze your membership as needed.

  2. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons. If you are unable to exercise due to an injury, you may freeze your membership by providing a signed doctor’s note that states the length of time you are unable to use the gym. (Note: The doctor’s office may be contacted for verification.)

  3. The amount of time your membership is frozen for will get tacked on to the end of your 12 month commitment

Month-to-Month Membership:

  • You may freeze your membership at any time for a fee of $5 per month during the freeze period.

  • The minimum freeze time 30 days.

  • Your annual fee of $49.99 plus tax will still go through, regardless of the account being frozen
